1 oz Rockwell Dry Vermouth 
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz Rose & Thorns Grenadine 
Orange Expression 
Add all ingredients to a beaker and stir 25 - 30 seconds or until glass is chill to touch. Strain into chill coupe and squeeze an orange expression over glass for aromatics. Serve.

2 oz Empress Gin 
1 oz Rose & Thorns Lavender 
.5 oz Rose & Thorns Grenadine (float)
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 
Add all ingredients (except gin & grenadine) to Boston shaker and shake vigorously for 25 - 30 seconds. Strain into chilled tulip glass and add gin. Stir gin into glass. Lastly, add a bar spoon of grenadine to settle and float at base.

1 oz Rose & Thorns Caramel Syrup 
1 oz Spiced Apple Cider

Orange Expression/Twist
Maraschino Cherry
Add all ingredients to a beaker and stir 25 - 30 seconds or until glass is chill to touch. Strain into chill rocks glass and squeeze an orange expression over glass for aromatics. Twist orange and add a Maraschino cherry. Serve.
